Mission
My mission is to share the excitement of life-long learning, participation in “real science,(GIS, Agriculture and Environmental)” and the impact that technology has on both. I expect quality work, responsible behavior, and encourage each VS361 student who enroll in Environmental Protection Technology Program at Centennial College to celebrate the differences of others with respect, compassion, and tolerance
Teaching
When students use GIS, they develop analysis and critical thinking skills, no matter what field they work in. GIS is a learning platform for conceptual modeling. Students also learn technical skills that will help them with their future employment. Spatial thinking skills acquired in the classroom deepen their understanding of the relationships that exist in the world and the complex problems facing society today.
